Time & Material

Connexions Data Inc is a valuable partner for companies that experience high need of technical resources for short duration &/or for a specific project. With Contract Services, Connexions Data Inc and their clients agree on rate and an expected duration of the contract. Once the contract is started, Connexions Data Inc handles all human resource functions including payroll generation and distribution, necessary training, payroll tax, state and federal reporting requirements and employer related insurance administration.

Contract-To-Perm

Contract-to-Hire Services are very similar to Contract Services with the exception that it is normally the intention of the client to hire the Connexions Data Inc's consultant at some point in the future. Contract-to-Permanent or Hire Services gives the client the ability and flexibility to monitor and test the work performance of a Consultant prior to making a formal offer of employment. This service will help the client not only to evaluate the technical skills but also the soft skill of the consultant including whether the consultant understand and blend with the culture, policies of the client/Company. With Contract-to-Perm Services, Connexions Data Inc and the client agree on a rate for the Contract period, the date the Consultant will be converted to a regular employee of the client, a minimum duration the Consultant must work as Connexions Data Inc Consultant prior to Hire, and/or a Hire fee which is payable to Connexions Data once the Consultant is actually converted to regular employee status with the client. If the client does not find the consultant suitable to be converted under their payroll, the client can either continue with the contract or request for a replacement.

Direct Hire

Connexions Data Inc's Direct Hire Services are a perfect solution for clients that needs Functional & technical resources internally but may lack the recruiting expertise, time and/or resources to attract ideal candidates. Connexions Data Inc can source out those Platinum level performers who are gainfully employed at their current respective companies and not actively seeking to change jobs. We are able to recruit these talented resources for you by selling them the true benefitd of associating for your company. With Direct Hire Services, Connexions Data Inc and their clients agree on the terms of the Direct Hire placement which typically include the fee percentage and a guarantee provision should the Consultant not work out.
