Since Connexions is a privately held company, we believe in our motto of Contained Search Vs Contingent searches. In contained search your requirement becomes our priority. We limit the number of contained searches we do at any one time in order to provide you with the attention and commitment of time needed to bring the high caliber of person you expect. While much of the process of fact finding, sourcing, qualifying and presenting candidates is similar to a contingent assignment, our contained search draws from a deeper pool of candidates. We bring all of our resources and experience to bear on your requirement because of the special nature of our partnership.
We have a very strong database of Platinum level SAP resources. Most of our SAP candidates are US CITIZENS/Green card holders, and we limit our use of vendor/3rd party for our resources. We also do a thorough back ground check of our consultants, as required by various agencies such as the DOD/Federal/ Government and Public Sectors. Also all our SAP candidates sign a non-compete with us so when we present you the resumes they are not duplicates.
